i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and well kept daily by diligent housekeeping. the bar service was fast and friendly!!! i especially liked the barman's excellent cocktail skills.

i was charmed by the staff! the bartenders, radi and cosmos, crafted excellent drinks and ensured everyone had a good time. alessia, mattia, and sara surprised us with a karaoke night on our last day, such a thoughtful gesture. the cleaning services were very efficient, i was very happy with daily fresh bed linens.

the wi-fi was weak.

the swimming pool includes a waterslide that kids enjoyed, and there is also a separate pool bar. the hotel has a tennis court, a padel court, and ping pong tables . the beach is only a short walk away, around ten minutes.

the hotel is well-situated with easy access to various parts of the island by car if guests want to explore. nearby, there are shops within a short walk, great if you want to pick up souvenirs. the hotel is near the beach.

The animation team seemed hard-working, especially sara, mattia, and alessia. i was impressed with bartenders kosmas, kaiser, thespina, and eilrissa. They always had a smile. the reception staff and managers were visible and available when needed!

The hotel provides all-inclusive options, including drinks, ice cream, and sandwiches. the buffet had international cuisine. I noticed pasta, rice, and pizza available daily, a good solution for children. lunch ran until 3 pm, i found it convenient after spending the morning at the beach.
